Data will be processed for the purpose of:
- enabling entry into the Controller’s office premises, control of personal traffic on its premises and the installation of video monitoring, and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of the Controller’s legitimate interest, i.e. ensuring the safety of employees or the protection of property, or maintaining the secrecy of information the disclosure of which could expose the Controller to damage.
Data processing time:
Personal data processed as part of of the Guestbook kept in the Company and in connection with the installed video surveillance will be processed for up to 30 days from the date of their collection.
Providing data is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing it will be the inability to enter the offices of Transition Technologies-Control Solutions Sp. z o.o.
The recipients of your personal data may be: other companies belonging to the Transition Technologies Capital Group, if they share with the Controller the area where the video surveillance is installed and the entity responsible for the operation of the video surveillance and IT service of the Controller’s systems.
You have the right to access, rectify and request the deletion of data, as well as the right to restrict or object to the processing of data.
Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspector, ul. Gabrieli Zapolskiej 4, 50-032 Wrocław.
There will be no automated decision-making, including profiling, in connection with the processing of your personal data.
