to send you the Newsletter, including information on the activities, services and products offered by the Company, and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject – for the period until the withdrawal of your consent.
You have the right to access, rectify and request deletion of your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right of transfer and the right to object to processing.
Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, if, in your opinion, your personal data is being processed contrary to the principles of personal data protection.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that took place before it was withdrawn.
There will be no automated decision making, including profiling, in connection with the processing of your personal data. Your personal data will also not be passed on to entities other than the Company.
The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, however it is necessary to respond to your enquiry (e-mail address). If you do not provide your e-mail address, you will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
