In connection with the processing of personal data in the context of social networking on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Data will be processed for the purpose:

of maintaining a profile in social media, including providing information related to or connected with the Controller or its activity and responding to the messages, and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(F) of the GDPR, as it is necessary to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interest in the form of building a brand image, maintaining relations with persons interested in the Company’s activity.

You have the right to access, rectify and request deletion of data, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to transfer and the right to object to data processing.

Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, if, in your opinion, your data is being processed contrary to the principles of personal data protection.

The controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries. However, such a situation may occur in the case when an enquiry you send to the Company via the portal will require consultations with other Companies within the Transition Technologies-Control Solutions Sp. z o.o. capital group. In such a case you will be informed about the planned transfer of your personal data together with an indication of the appropriate legal basis.

There will be no automated decision-making, including profiling, in connection with the processing of your personal data. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn provide the Company with statistical information on people who like fanpage. This data is anonymous, e.g. demographic data showing the age of people who like fanpage, which allows us to better match the content of the website to the audience. On the basis of the data provided by Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn we are not able to link the statistical data with the data of individual people who like our website.

Your data will not be shared by the Company outside of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn unless this is directly attributable to activities that you request in communication with us.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to respond to your enquiry. This may be the case if you have to identify yourself beforehand. With the exception of the above, there will be no consequences for any refusal to provide personal data.
