Personal data will be processed for purposes:
- to conduct the current recruitment procedure (legal basis: Article221 1 of the Labor Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation), i.e. for the purpose of entering into a contract, while other data, including contact data, on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO Regulation ), which may be revoked at any time. Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in recruitment;
- processing of image or health data in case of consent by voluntarily supplementing the Candidate’s application documents (CV) with special category data (legal basis: Article222 1 of the Labor Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO Regulation). Consent for the processing of special category data may be revoked at any time;
- possible establishment, investigation or securing of claims (legal basis: 6(1)(f) RODO) i.e. legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of data processing, i.e.
- for the purpose specified in paragraph (a) for the duration of the recruitment process;
- For the purpose specified in (b) until you withdraw your consent,
- for the purpose specified in point (c) for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the law.
Personal data may be made available to data recipients authorized under separate regulations (Social Security, US, etc.), entities cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of data co-management agreements, entities which, on the basis of a processing entrustment agreement, perform activities on behalf of the Administrator in support of the Administrator’s operations, including, among others, IT system suppliers and service providers, and companies providing other services to the Administrator necessary for the execution of agreements (e.g. accounting offices). Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization. Your rights: You have the right to a) request access to your personal data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability, b) withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of data processing performed before the withdrawal of consent; c) object to data processing due to your particular situation; d) lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner or subject to automated decision-making.
