The data will be processed for:
maintaining a profile on social media, including the transmission of information related or related to the Administrator or its business and responding to messages and the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. F of the RODO, as it is necessary to realize the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the form of building brand image, maintaining relationships with persons interested in the Company’s activities.
You have the right to access, rectify, request erasure of your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to portability and to object to the processing of your data.
In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if, in your opinion, your data is processed in violation of the principles of personal data protection.
The Administrator does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries. However, such a situation may arise if your inquiry to the Company through the portal involves consultation with other Companies within the Transition Technologies-Control Solutions Sp. group. z o.o. In such a case, you will be informed of the planned transfer of your personal data with an indication of the relevant legal basis and asked for your consent.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, will take place in connection with the processing of your personal data. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn provide the Company with statistical information on the likes of a fanpage. This is anonymous data, for example, demographic data showing the age of people liking a fanpage, which allows us to better match the content on the page to the audience. Based on the data provided by Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, we are not able to link statistical data to individual people liking our page.
Your data will not be shared by the Company outside of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, except as a direct result of activities you request in your communications with us.
Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to respond to your inquiry. Such a situation may arise in the event that responding will require your prior identification. Apart from the above exception, refusal to provide personal data will not entail any consequences.
