of the processing of enquiries made with the use of the form on the website and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as this is necessary to pursue a legitimate interest of the Company (depending on the subject of the correspondence) in maintaining contact with persons potentially interested in the services provided by the Company, or to defend/administer for the Company – for the period until the correspondence related to the enquiry sent is completed and:
- in the case of potential customers, the period of probable interest in the Company’s services in the future,
- in the case of claiming / defending claims, the limitation period for these claims.
