1. The Controller of your personal data is the Transition Technologies-Control Solutions Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław (50-304) at ul. Antoniego Słonimskiego 6 and other entities within the Transition Technologies Group;
2. Contact with the person providing information on personal data protection at the Transition Technologies-Control Solutions Sp. z o. o. is possible via e-mail: sekretariat@tt-cs.com.pl.
3. the processing of personal data within the scope provided in the form and in the application is carried out for the purpose of answering questions concerning the recruitment processes, providing information on current recruitment processes, as well as conducting and resolving the recruitment process, while the legal basis for their processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
4. Your personal data may be transferred to other entities within the Transition Technologies group and Transition Technologies group partners with whom the Transition Technologies cooperates in the recruitment process.
5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 24 months from the moment you submit your application or contact us via the contact form in the Career tab;
6. You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data by the controller: namely, the right to

   • (b) rectify;
   • (c) delete;
   • (d) restrict personal data processing scope;
   • (e) object to the processing;
   • f) transfer of data to another controller;
   • (g) object to the processing of my data in the course of automated decision making, including profiling.
7. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn;
8. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
9. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to take part in the recruitment process;
10. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated decision making process.
