TERMS OF REFERENCE
- Taking care of the proper functioning of the office and its aesthetics,
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks related to the operation of the Company and the office,
- Organizational support for other departments,
- Caring for the positive image of the company in relations with customers and suppliers and among the Company’s employees,
- Management of correspondence and supervision of the proper circulation of documents,
- Comprehensive organization of business travel (booking of planes, hotels, cabs, etc.),
- Coordinate and prepare applications, filings and certificates for the company’s operations,
- Implementation of accounting workflow tasks and support of the work of the accounting department,
- Operating the company’s cash register,
- Handling business meetings on the office premises,
- Implementation of CSR tasks,
- Coordinate health and safety and fire protection activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 1 year,
- Higher education, preferred majors: Economics, finance, accounting, management, philology, administration,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Independence, punctuality, ability to organize work,
- Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows free oral and written communication,
- Very good work organization, time management and responsibility for assigned tasks,
- Communication and teamwork skills,
- Creativity in action, openness to take on new challenges,
- B driver’s license.
- Knowledge of basic accounting(welcome).
