Antoniego Słonimskiego 6, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 000735249, REGON 380470270, NIP 8952190147, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information in the User’s devices.
2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files that are saved and stored on the devices through which a User uses the Website.
3. Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Controller via the Service.
4. External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, through the website of the Service.
5. Service – means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain tt cs.com.pl
6. Device – means an electronic device through which a User gains access to the Service.
7. User – means an entity to which services may be provided electronically in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations.

Antoniego Słonimskiego 6 , 50-304, hereinafter referred to as “TT-CS,” “we”, “our” and “company”) respects your right to privacy. This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how personal information and data collected from users of the TT-CS website and TT-CS social media sites and profiles are used.
It also indicates users’ rights and how to enforce them. - § 3 Information on data transfer1. The Website collects only information provided voluntarily by a User.
2. The data in the form shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of a User.
3. The data provided during registration may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Service Administrator in the register kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
4. The data provided during registration by a User may be transferred to entities technically providing certain services – in particular, it concerns the transfer of information about the holder of the registered domain to entities being the operators of Internet domains, payment services or other entities which the Service Administrator cooperates with in this respect. - § 4 Types Of Cookies Used1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, it is impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to get into the User Device. These files allow identifying the software used by the User and adjusting the Website individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time of their storage on the Device and the assigned value.
2. The entity that places Cookie files on a Service User’s terminal device and obtains access to them is the Service Administrator.
3. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
• Session cookies: are stored on the User Device and User devices.
• Permanent Cookies: are stored on the User Device and remain there until they are deleted. Terminating a session of a given browser or switching off a device does not cause their removal from the User Device. The Permanent Cookie mechanism does not allow the download of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
4. The User has the possibility of limiting or deactivating the access of cookies to his/her Device. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, apart from functions which by their nature require cookies. - § 5 Purposes for which cookies are usedThe Administrator uses Administrator Cookies for the following purposes:
1. Service configuration:
• Recognition of the Service User’s device and its location and display of the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs,
• Font size, website design, etc.
2. The implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites:
• adjusting the content of the Website’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the Website’s websites. In particular, these files enable the recognition of the basic parameters of the User’s Device and the proper display of the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs.
3. Analyses and studies and audience audit:
• create anonymous statistics that help to understand how Service users use the Service’s web pages, thereby improving their structure and content.
4. Ensuring safety and reliability of the service.
The administrator of the service uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
1. Collection of general and anonymous static data by means of Google Analytics [Cookie Administrator: Google Inc. with its seat in the USA],
2. Using the interactive functions to popularise the service via Facebook.com[administrator]. - § 6 Storing or accessing by cookies1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings concerning the cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by the cookies to the User Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence may be made by the User using the settings of his/her Internet browser or by using the service configuration. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform about their placement on your device each time you place Cookies. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the settings of the software (Internet browser).
2. You can delete cookies at any time by using the functions available in the web browser you are using.
3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some features available on the Website.
4. The Administrator informs that changes in the settings in the User’s web browser may affect the access to some functions of the Website, e.g. by limiting them - § 7 How to switch off storage and handling cookies in your browser?The handling and storage of “cookies” is the direct responsibility of the web browser you are using. By default, the browsers have the function of handling and storing “cookies”.
If you do not agree with the storage of cookies, you can deactivate this function in your browser’s options by changing the cookie storage settings.
1. In Mozilla Firefox: select “Options” in the “Tools” menu and then the “Privacy” tab. Your browser gives you the option to indicate that you do not want to be tracked at all or to delete individual cookies for individual sites.
2. In Microsoft Internet Explorer: select “Tools” in the “Tools” menu
“Internet Options” and then the “Privacy” tab. You can adjust the general level of privacy with the slider or the “Websites” button to manage the settings of individual websites.
3. In Google Chrome: in the menu hidden under three […………..]4. In the Opera browser: with the “Opera” button in the upper left-hand corner, open the menu and select “Settings” and then “Clear browsing history…”.
5. In addition to the possibility of deleting already set cookies, there is also the “Manage Cookies…” button directing to more advanced options for individual sites.
6. In the Apple Safari browser: select “Preferences” in the “Safari” menu and the “Privacy” tab. There you will find numerous options for cookies.
7. On mobile phones, tablets and other devices: each model of phone, tablet or other device with a web browser can handle this function in a different way. Therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy options in the device documentation on the manufacturer’s website.
